General Information

IMPORTANT: No one under the age of 15 is allowed in the Exhibit Hall or in the classrooms, including infants and strollers.

Roller bags no larger than 22” x 14”x 9” may be brought on the show floor. Limit 1 per person. All others must be checked at the Bag Check.

IBS and IECSC Las Vegas are open to licensed professionals only. The following is a list of acceptable credentials: Cosmetology License, other appropriate license(s) denoting one as a member in the professional beauty industry, salon/spa business license, business card, letter from owner of salon/spa, W-2Form, invoice from professional beauty product distributor, student ID, cosmetology school, business or state license, professional beauty association membership cards (i.e. NCA, CCA, TSA, ISPA, etc.) Show Management has the right to ask to see these credentials and deny entry for any individual who cannot provide one of the above. Anyone found selling tickets or transferring wristbands, other than authorized personnel, will be apprehended, removed from the event without refund and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

IBS & IECSC Las Vegas organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice. IBS & IECSC Las Vegas cannot be held responsible for exhibitors or speakers that may drop out of the event.



SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are always welcome. Under ADA regulations, the definition of “service animal” is limited to a dog or a miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Under the ADA, “comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not qualify as service animals. Permission for any animal to appear in a show or booth must first be approved by show management, then by the convention services manager (CSM).

CANCELATION/DOWNGRADE POLICY
The cancelation and downgrade timeframe has expired. Please refer to your registration confirmation for the terms & conditions that you agreed to upon registering for IBS & IECSC Las Vegas.

LOCATION OF EVENTS
IBS Las Vegas is in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. IBS Las Vegas classrooms are located on Level 2, in rooms N231-N250. The IECSC exhibits are in the Central Hall. IECSC Conference seminars are on level 1, rooms N110-N114.  IECSC product focused education rooms are located on both the 1st & 2nd floor: Level 1 Rooms: N101-N118 & level 2 rooms: N202-N212.

SHOW MANAGEMENT OFFICE
 The Show Management Office is located in the Grand Lobby.

LOST TICKET:
If your ticket is lost, forgotten or stolen, you will be required to purchase another one.

PRESS OFFICE
Press representatives must check-in at the Press/Speaker Lounge: N119.  Press Office hours: Saturday, June 24, 10:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday June 25 10:00am - 5:00pm, Monday, June 26,10:30am-1:00pm.

UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATION
Solicitation on the premises of IBS & IECSC Las Vegas by non-exhibiting personnel is strictly prohibited.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOTAPING
No photography or videotaping of the IBS & IECSC Las Vegas Exhibit or Education Program is allowed without permission from Show Management. NOTE: Press and Show Management will take photos/videos. It is possible that you will be photographed and used in promotional and editorial materials. Registering for IBS& IECSC Las Vegas implies consent to use your image in future promotional materials and media coverage.

BUSINESS CENTER
FEDEX is located at the entrance to the Central Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

TRANSPORTATION
Multiple public transporation opportunities are available to the Las Vegas Convention center including the Las Vegas Monorail, taxis, rental cars, and ride share. Click here to find your preferred method of transportation. 

FOOD SERVICE
Food service is available in the Grand Lobby. On the IBS Show floor, back of the 1800 aisle - IBS Café and back of the 100 aisle – IECSC Café and Cafeteria Area located on the show floor.

NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking in the building is strictly prohibited by the Las Vegas Convention Center.
